Job Title: Executive Chef

The Arlington Estate Corp is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Manage food costs and inventory to ensure profitability
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and menus
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality results
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
