Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Tyemaut Foods Inc. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and preparing complete meals or individual dishes and foods. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a physically demanding job that requires standing for extended periods.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a kitchen environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
