Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our Client Service Centre team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, educating clients on their auto insurance needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and provide solutions to their auto insurance needs
- Work closely with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
- Level 1 General Insurance License
- 6+ months of previous insurance experience
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
