Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our Client Service Centre team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, educating clients on their auto insurance needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Handle client inquiries and provide solutions to their auto insurance needs
  • Work with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide personalized recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements
  • Level 1 General Insurance License
  • 6+ months of previous insurance experience
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
