- Promote Data Collection Initiatives: Promote, apply, and actively participate in data collection initiatives to generate accurate business information and key performance indicators.
- Engage in Business Aspects: Engage in legal, credit, procurement, logistics, and other aspects of the business, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations.
- Over 10 Years of Sales Experience: Possess over 10 years of sales experience in the HVAC-R field, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Minimum 3 Years of Sales Team Leadership Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years of sales team leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of French and English Languages: Possess knowledge of French and English languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM/ERP Systems: Have good knowledge of MS Office suite and experience with CRM/ERP systems, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
- Superior Negotiation and Influencing Skills: Possess superior negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and stakeholders.
