At IDY Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Train and develop maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed in a variety of settings, including outdoors and in noisy environments.
  • May be required to work at heights and in dusty conditions.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
  • 30 hours per week.
