We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Far East North America Food (2014) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the most efficient method of shipment to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
  • Assemble and inspect containers and crates to ensure they are in good condition.
  • Verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate internal record-keeping systems to track inventory and shipments.
  • Record and address any shortages or damaged goods.
  • Route goods to the appropriate storage areas to optimize space and efficiency.
  • Pack goods for shipment and unpack received goods to ensure they are in good condition.
