We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at SRA TABER LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Flexibility

We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week and English as the primary work language.
