Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Georgie's Beer & Wine Store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of sales workers.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers to achieve store goals.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
