About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Analai Express Media Inc. as an Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including resolving conflict situations.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
