**Our Story**
We have two hotel chains: Inns, where every room comes with a rubber duck, and Hotel Zed, where we like to think we're a little rebellious. Our latest venture is ROAR, a live-fire restaurant that's taking the culinary scene by storm.
**The Role**
We're seeking a Director of Sales to join our team of sales-focused professionals. As a key player in our organization, you'll work across departments to implement sales strategy at every level. You'll lead an experienced sales team of six, with room to grow and develop.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute the organization's sales plan and related budget
* Integrate the 1,000-day, 300-day, and 100-day strategic planning process
* Develop the sales team to deliver their highest potential and exceed sales targets
* Identify and pursue new market segments to broaden our customer base
* Stay informed of the competition's sales and marketing strategies and counteract effectively
* Manage all sales training, yearly sales targets, and all other sales-related organizational learning

**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree
* Background in the hotel industry with experience in senior sales management
* Strong data analysis skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, Property Management systems, and other sales software
