Job SummaryThe Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Review and approve returns, ensuring that all returns are processed in a timely and professional manner.
- Sell Merchandise: Assist customers with purchases, provide product information, and promote sales.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored and rotated.
- Supervise Staff: Provide guidance and support to sales workers, ensuring they are meeting performance expectations.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze sales data and customer traffic to determine staffing needs.
- Manage Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Plan Daily Operations: Develop and implement daily plans, ensuring that sales goals are met and customer service is exceptional.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a 35-hour workweek.
- Work Language: English.
