Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at FRIENDS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are assigned to duties effectively and efficiently.
  • Merchandise Management: Authorize the return of merchandise, sell products, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements, manage staff, and assign duties to ensure optimal store performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
