Job Summary

FRIENDS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockroom is well-organized.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements, manage staff, and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Work Conditions: 35 hours per week, permanent position.
