Store Manager

FRIENDS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Market Research: Study market trends and consumer behavior to determine sales strategies and optimize store performance.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Determine product offerings, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely receipt of merchandise.
- Financial Management: Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory levels to maintain profitability and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping experience, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
