About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead and manage the financial health of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Strategic Analysis: Monitor financial details to ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide insight into the organization's financial position and risk management.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management, ensuring they comply with established standards and regulations.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with senior leaders to align financial planning with company strategy.
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate and support the audit process with external auditors to ensure timely and successful audit completions.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial management.
  • Tax Planning & Compliance: Oversee the timely filing and payment of taxes, and liaise with tax professionals on relevant issues.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, guide, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements to ensure up-to-date financial operations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present financial metrics and reports to senior management.

About Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and other regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Proficient in accounting software, data handling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
