We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead and manage the financial health of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial management.
- Tax Planning & Compliance: Oversee the timely filing and payment of taxes, and liaise with tax professionals on relevant issues.
- Team Leadership: Manage, guide, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements to ensure up-to-date financial operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present financial metrics and reports to senior management.
About Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and other regulatory standards and requirements.
- Proficient in accounting software, data handling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
