Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to requests for Certificates of Insurance and policy changes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance

What We're Looking For

  • RIBO/General Level 1 Insurance License
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field
