We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team as a Personal Lines Specialist. As a key member of our new business sales team, you will be responsible for responding to inbound quote requests for Personal Insurance through various sales channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Personal Insurance and be able to develop relationships with potential clients by assessing their insurance needs and providing coverage recommendations from top insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound quote requests for Personal Insurance
  • Develop relationships with potential clients and assess their insurance needs
  • Provide coverage recommendations from top insurers
  • Complete risk assessments and ensure the focus remains on new business

Requirements:

  • RIBO license required
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong working knowledge of Personal Insurance
  • CIP designation, or working towards it is considered an asset
