Mechanical Designer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer to join our team at Tri-Mach Group Inc. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative mechanical designs that meet the needs of our customers in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop custom mechanical devices, including conveyors, platforms, and other equipment used in the food and pharma industries
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success from concept to design, fabrication, and installation
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of product lines, preferred practices, and industry standards
- Communicate project status and progress to key stakeholders
- Contribute to product development, product realization, and continuous improvement projects
- College diploma or university degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of mechanical design experience, preferably in a custom manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Solidworks and AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Solidworks PDM
- Design experience with structural and stainless steel products, including conveyor systems and sanitary equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
