About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to clients in their homes and communities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals and promote independence.
  • Provide one-on-one therapeutic support to clients and facilitate their transition to community-based care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in dietetics and nutrition to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements

  • Degree in sciences and human nutrition, administration, and humanities from a recognized university.
  • Registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
