Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team at ROCKWOOL Group. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a regional team of sales professionals in Western Canada, driving profitable growth, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a regional team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive profitable growth
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet business objectives
  • Cultivate relationships with customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide market analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Manage sales forecasts, analytics, and reporting to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in senior sales roles leading teams
  • 5 years of experience in the Building Materials industry selling solutions
  • College education preferred
  • Strong track record of mentoring and growing high-performance teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel 35% overnight
