GROW MORE IT SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and flexibility.
The successful candidate will be working in a private sector company in the telecommunications industry. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
