Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Clublink. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, taking into account the needs of each guest.
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations as required, maintaining accurate records throughout the process.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations on local attractions and points of interest.
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures at all times, taking prompt action in the event of any incidents or issues.
  • Carry out various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as required by the team.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to other staff members, ensuring that all communication is clear and concise.
  • Assist guests with special needs, providing support and accommodations as needed.
  • Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required; experience is an asset.
  • You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of attention to detail is essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
  • You should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think critically in situations where decisions need to be made quickly.
  • An understanding of computer systems and software is necessary, particularly multi-line switchboards, word processing programs, and central reservation systems.
  • You should be physically capable of standing for extended periods and working in a dynamic environment.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to hourly wages, tips may also be earned, increasing overall compensation.
