About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Rangle. As a key member of our delivery practice, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-profile clients through their digital product journey, driving organizational digital maturity and advocating for early and often shipping using a Lean-Agile mindset.
  • Manage scope and schedules with an Agile-centric approach to prioritization and value delivery, ensuring the team is delivering demonstrable value on every iteration.
  • Collaborate with Tech, Quality, Product, Creative, and Client Partners to deliver products and services, while evolving and improving our current processes.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
  • Provide strong consulting expertise, strategically leading and navigating crucial conversations with clients.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with delivery teams and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality, providing feedback, guidance, and coaching to team members.
  • Contribute to the Community of Practice, leveraging a refined toolkit of best practices, collaboration tools, techniques, and activities.
Requirements
  • Exceptional knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and methodologies, with the ability to put them into practice.
  • Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks, as well as scaled frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and Scaled Scrum.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Experience with user story writing, backlog management, and roadmap creation.
  • Proven ability to establish approaches that continuously mitigate external and internal risks.
  • Strong ability to leverage various reporting matrixes that provide project insight.
  • Quality-first mentality and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related equivalent.
