Job Title: Assistant Manager for Quickie Convenience & Gas Station
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Quickie Convenience & Gas Station. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and manage staff and assign duties.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and oversee payroll administration.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask.
