Site Leadership Position

As a Site Supervisor with Helio Urban Developments, you will be responsible for leading teams and driving excellence on residential projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing teams, coordinating trades, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise crews, provide clear instructions, and maintain a productive work environment.
- Coordination: Oversee scheduling and collaboration among trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect work to guarantee adherence to project specifications and high standards.
- Safety Management: Enforce compliance with safety protocols and conduct regular site audits.
- Problem Solving: Address unexpected challenges with practical and timely solutions.
- Reporting: Document progress, track metrics, and communicate updates to project managers.
We offer a competitive salary of $ $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses for quality, timeliness, and problem-solving. Our comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Multitrade knowledge and ability to coordinate trade activities.
- Safety certifications such as WHMIS, First Aid, or Fall Arrest Training.
- Familiarity with construction management tools like Buildertrend or Procore.
