Strategic Sales Leader for Biopharma Commercial Growth

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering the Specialty Health Solutions business development budget and managing the P&L for the assigned portfolio.
- Leading the sales and account management strategy and approach for the assigned customer portfolio.
- Providing leadership and direction to the sales and account management team, ensuring high standards of performance are achieved and recognized within the portfolio.
Requirements:
- Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proven leadership excellence in leading high-performing teams to deliver strategic sales and account strategies.
- Dynamic and influential leadership with exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities.
