About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Financial Solutions to join our team at Neo Financial. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our banking product strategy, with a focus on credit cards, savings, and mortgages.

As a senior leader, you will have a proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving profitability, and delivering high-quality products and services. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing business plans, and making strategic decisions that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the banking product strategy, with a focus on credit cards, savings, and mortgages.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Make strategic decisions that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement company-wide strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of senior leadership experience in a fast-growing organization.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving profitability, and delivering high-quality products and services.
  • Extensive experience in retail banking, credit cards, and unsecured loans or lines of credit.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
