Regional Vice President Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Vice President to join our team at IGM Financial. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a team of advisors, and representing our company in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of advisors to achieve business growth and productivity targets
  2. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top advisor talent
  3. Represent our company in the community and build relationships with key stakeholders
  4. Manage region finance and ensure adherence to corporate policies
  5. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the region

Requirements:

  1. University degree in a relevant field
  2. Previous management experience, preferably in leading large teams
  3. 10+ years' experience in the financial services industry
  4. CFP, PFP, or RRC designation (or commitment to earn designation)
  5. Branch Manager Certification preferred
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
