About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President, Financial Solutions to lead our banking product strategy and drive profitable receivables and quality deposits balances in support of our customer growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the banking solutions teams for Neo, with a focus on Credit Cards, Savings and Mortgages, supporting the growth of the business and ensuring Neo's banking solutions are integrated with the company's growth strategy.
  • Direct and influence cross-functional teams to implement strategies that support Neo's growth initiatives.
  • Evolve Neo's existing product line pricing structures, strategies, and tactics in ways that reflect business growth, customer preferences, and revenue targets.
  • Interpret and manage market trends, competitor actions, and internal capabilities to make decisions that align with the corporate model and Neo's long-term goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of senior leadership experience at a fast-growing organization.
  • Senior P&L ownership experience of unsecured credit solutions, with a focus on Credit Cards.
  • Extensive experience in retail banking, credit cards, and unsecured loans or lines of credit.
  • Deposits & Investments experience is an asset.
  • Entrepreneurial DNA, comfortable building a business from the ground up, and able to make decisions in the face of ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills, including an ability to develop concise summaries of complex analyses and data appropriate for various levels of consumption.
  • Strategy/consulting experience is considered a strong asset.
