Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Environmental Planning team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will provide dedicated support to our environmental planning projects, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and ensuring regular updates to core documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Environmental Planning team, including coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and ensuring regular updates to core documentation.
  • Prepare quality reviews, format, and prepare documents, including proposals, technical reports, letters, and memoranda.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings held in and out of the office.
  • Organize travel arrangements for team members, including bookings of flights, hotels, and car rentals.
  • Provide administrative support to other project teams and business units, as required.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma in business administration or a related discipline is preferable.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or other relevant experience providing administrative support.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and MS O365 applications (Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
