Job Description:

We're seeking an early talent Data Analyst to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance Services (GRCS) Analytics practice as a Co-op student in 2025. As a GRCS Analytics Data Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to work across geographies and industries to take on challenging and groundbreaking projects while building strong relationships with our people and developing professional skills that will help set you up for success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You'll need a strong academic record and excel in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • A highly motivated and passionate professional who strives for excellence, innovation, and collaboration, and can achieve personal and professional success while juggling competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong experience working with different kinds of messy, real-world data.
  • Independent ability to review data quality and data definitions and perform data cleansing and data management tasks.
  • Strong knowledge and/or experience in SQL, BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI, and Python.
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team to tackle ambiguous data processing problems across a diverse range of industries.
  • Experience in data governance, data quality, data processing, and data controls.
  • Client-facing or consulting experience.
  • Ability to explain data and analytics concepts to non-technical team members.
  • Ability to apply data and analytics concepts to business problems.
  • Ability to understand and explain business value of data and analytics concepts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and the wider community.
