Donor Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Donor Services Representative to join our team at BC Children's Hospital Foundation. As a key member of our Donor Services department, you will play a critical role in ensuring donations are processed efficiently and accurately, while providing exceptional experiences for our donors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional donor experiences through all touchpoints, including reception, email, phone, chat, letter correspondence, and events.
  • Respond to donor inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make daily gratitude calls and outbound phone calls to verify donor information.
  • Process donations, including cash, cheques, and credit card payments, in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Enter donor information into our database and assist with the issuance of tax receipts.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Donor Services department as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Passion for customer service and systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion.
