About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Alfa Integrated Services. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports, including trial balances, income statements, and balance sheets.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
