Job Summary

V-TAC Accounting Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, posting journal entries, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Post journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform various accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Simply Accounting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
