Overview

Saskdocs is seeking a highly skilled physician to serve as the Medical Director for its Medical Imaging Learning Program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and support to the development and operation of the peer learning program for radiologists across the province.

Located in any community within Saskatchewan, this role presents a unique chance to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and contribute to the advancement of medical imaging practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives in medical imaging.
  • Provide direction and guidance to the peer learning program for radiologists.
  • Collaborate with provincial stakeholders to promote best practices in medical imaging.

Requirements

  • Certification in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan
  • Membership on the Saskatchewan Health Authority-Saskatoon Practitioner Staff
  • Preferred: Fellowship training related to breast imaging

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
