Your role within the team

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining customer aircraft, often collaborating directly with clients to provide effective solutions.

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • Possession of an Airframe license
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in MRO (Maintenance Repair Operation) environments, working on fixed wing, rotary, or military aircraft
  • If holding a TN Visa, a minimum of 5 years' experience in MRO environments is required
  • Experience with business aircraft is preferred
  • Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, regarding individual and/or aircraft status
  • Ownership of a basic set of hand tools, with the capability to manage and control tools
  • Ability to obtain necessary Ground Support Equipment Qualifications
  • Willingness to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled workdays and holidays
  • Capability to work outdoors in seasonal or inclement weather
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to secure a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA)
