At San Jose Construction and Maintenance 1214, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

  • Conducting safety and security checks
  • Performing minor repairs on appliances
  • Moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Assisting with painting and drywall repair

This is a permanent, on-the-road position that requires the ability to work in various locations and under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
