As a Proposal Coordinator

You will work as a key member of our Proposal Team, supporting the editing and design of proposal documents. This involves collaborating with graphic designers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects. You will also be responsible for communicating proposals effectively, utilizing your strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and proposals using advanced organization and communication skills.
  • Develop detailed proposal outlines based on client requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Maintain proposal template libraries, including updates of business development literature.
  • Support proposal development with subject matter experts and team members.
  • Manage proposal development schedules and anticipate/resolve potential issues.
  • Create template documents and integrate boilerplate language into draft documents.
  • E nsure quality assurance and control of all documentation.
  • Research past projects and proposals to enhance experience requirements.
  • Print and assemble bids/proposals and coordinate their delivery.
  • Integrate project life cycle processes and templates into document development.
  • SUPPORT project participants in complying with project procedures and document management.
  • Register and allocate document numbers for correspondence and uncontrolled documents.
  • Audit and review document management attributes.
