We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at SAMAYRA FOODS INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our discerning customers.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
