About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Tuff Trucking Inc. This is a permanent opportunity, working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Establish work priorities and implement procedures to meet deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • English language proficiency required.
Requirements

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administration.
