Cash Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and track all revenue collected within the resort to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform cash handling duties, including counting, balancing, and fulfilling coin orders.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment by promoting health and safety practices.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the resort.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with cash handling and reporting, with a strong understanding of accounting systems.
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to provide a criminal record check.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems, with previous experience in the resort, recreation, hotel, or tourism industry an asset.
