Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Mountain Motorsports. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Operate cash register and computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Provide advice about merchandise and conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental or lease and maintain sales records for inventory control
  • Assist in display of merchandise

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
