Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ED Tech Network Solutions Ltd. as a User Support Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support
    • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to users on troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
  • Problem-Solving
    • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, often requiring creative problem-solving skills.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to technical problems.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions.
    • Produce regular reports on technical support activities, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and deliver training programs to users on technical topics, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the field.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
    • Permanent employment
    • Language of work: English
    • Working hours: 40 hours per week
