What You Will Do

You will work collaboratively with our team to manage a portfolio of distressed accounts, ensuring that we balance recovery and reputation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of specialized files which can be made up of lending and/or insurance and/or AgriStability and/or Agri recovery collections.
  • Administering high-risk accounts and reporting on the specific and overall Special Accounts portfolio.
  • Collaborating with Credit, operations, and Loan compliance to identify and resolve accounts that are in default.
Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses:

  • A university degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • 7 years of combined lending (including high-risk accounts) and collection experience.

You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
