Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Red Clay. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements, as well as experience with Oracle CCS and CIS systems.

About the Role

The IT Risk Management Specialist will be responsible for ensuring alignment on audit and compliance requirements with CLIENT's M2C Program Team, Internal Audit, and Internal Controls. This includes providing evidence of executed activities/processes, evaluating existing design and development processes, and identifying strengths and areas for improvement in IT and Financial Controls. Additionally, the Specialist will review compliance and controls for financial reporting and business management, analyze and assess current controls, and recommend improvements for the M2C Program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on audit and compliance requirements.
- Assist the M2C Program Team with Internal Audit and Internal Controls requirements, including providing evidence of executed activities/processes.
- Evaluate existing design and development processes to identify strengths and areas for improvement in IT and Financial Controls.
- Review compliance and controls for financial reporting and business management.
- Analyze and assess current controls, recommending improvements for the M2C Program.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT risk management, financial controls, and audit processes.
- Strong understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Oracle CCS and CIS systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
