Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Extrusion Production Supervisor to join our team at Kost Klip Manufacturing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a plastic products manufacturing environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
