Job Title: Extrusion Supervisor

Kost Klip Manufacturing Ltd. is seeking an experienced Extrusion Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Extrusion Supervisor to oversee the production of plastic products. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of production workers, coordinating activities, and ensuring the efficient operation of processing machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers operating processing machines and fabricating, assembling, finishing, or inspecting plastic or rubber parts and products.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Prepare production and other reports.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Set up machines and equipment.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Equivalent experience.
Work Environment:
  • Noisy.
  • Dusty.
Work Setting:
  • Plastic products manufacturers.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • MS Windows.
Security and Safety:
  • Criminal record check.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
