Job Title: Extrusion Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Supervisor to join our team at Kost Klip Manufacturing Ltd. in Plastic Products Manufacturing.

Job Summary:

The Extrusion Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Set up machines and equipment
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment
