Job Title: Extrusion Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Supervisor to join our team at Kost Klip Manufacturing Ltd. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The Extrusion Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a plastic products manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
